Basic Info

  • Registration begins on January 10th

    Siblings of former campers may also be registered at this time. You may send your online application before January 10th; however, applications will not be processed until January 10th.

    (Our campers are students currently enrolled in grades K-6 ...campers who, by summer, will have completed those grade levels)

    IMPORTANT: On January 10th, we will begin processing all applications from returning families. We will fill camp spaces in each age group until there are no spaces left in that age group. There is always the possibility that spaces could fill on the first day of registration. To increase enrollment chances, we highly encourage you to get an application into our hands by January 10th.

  • Registration Begins on January 20th

    *A "friend" is a child of the same gender/grade level of a returning camper.

    *Please, be sure to specify the name of your child's friend in the available spot on the application form.

    *You may (and probably should) send in your your online application prior to January 20th... but no applications will be considered until then.

  • Registration begins on January 30th

    You may send in your online application prior to January 30th however no applications from new campers will be considered until that date.

There is no registration deadline.

Sign ups continue until all spaces are full.

We do not offer makeup days.

We do not offer any prorated sessions outside of the half sessions mentioned in the Enrollment Options section below.

A sibling enrollment discount ($40 per week per sibling) is offered for additional siblings enrolled in the same session and from the same immediate family.

Enrollment Options

  • 1) M-F for the full Session One June 09 - June 27

    2) M-F for the full Session Two June 30 - July 25

  • 3) Attend M-F for the 1st & 2nd weeks of Session Two (June 30 - July 11)

    4) Attend M-F for the 3rd & 4th weeks of Session Two (July 14 - July 25)

There are 4 enrollment choices available for this summer...

* The half-session spots are limited. We have a limited number available for each grade level.

* There will not be camp on Friday, July 4th.

Please note that we are unable to accept payment by credit card.

Your $250/child/session deposit is fully refundable if we are unable to fit your child into the camp. (See "Cancellations, Alterations, Deletions" for more info about your deposit.)

Availability

Registration for the summer of 2025

Registration for the summer of 2025 opens in January! At that time, we will begin processing applications until all camp age groups are full.

We will continue processing applications until all camp age groups are full. To inquire about availability, please send us an email including your child's gender, current grade level, school, and enrollment preferences. We'll let you know what enrollment options might still be available.

How About Lunch and Snacks?

We offer an optional catered lunch and snack program Monday through Friday. The service (provided by Celebration 4 Hire) is very flexible. You may order as many or as few days as you like. Of course you can always send a lunch to camp if you have special diet restrictions, allergies, or as your preference.

Need Extended Care?

You may leave your children with us as early as 8:00 am and pick them up as late as 6:00 pm. Extended care runs from 8:00 am - 8:45 am and again from 4:00 pm - 6:00 pm.
